Owner and founder of AND Casting, Annie Delano is passionate about networking, organization, and spreading joy. Annie created AND Casting to give everyone a chance to experience movie making magic by being an extra on set.
When not searching the country for background talent, Annie Delano is a fantastic commercial producer. In her down time, you can find her in the front row of a Cher concert.

WHO CAN BE
AN EXTRA?
Anyone can sign up to be an extra. We need people of all diversities, ages, genders, sizes and all types to make scenes look realistic!
WHAT'S
INVOLVED?
Being an extra is a serious job that's also a lot of fun. The average background extra is on set for approximately 10 hours. If you're cast as an extra, we expect you to arrive on time with a positive attitude.
HOW ARE EXTRAS PAID?
Depending on your state and union rules, the average background extra makes $200 a day. Each film will pay background extras approximately 3-4 weeks after you work.
